Terms Of Trade

Any purchases over NZ$1,000 require a 25% deposit.
Any purchases over NZ$5,000 require a 50% deposit.

Final payment is on a "full payment prior to delivery" basis. Either by cash, cheque or direct bank credit.

All company orders require a signed Purchase Order.
Payment for company orders will be due on the 20th of the month following delivery.
Ownership of all goods remains with Vanaheim Technologies Ltd until they are paid for in full.

Warranty

All goods and or services provided are warranted against defects and or faulty workmanship for 30 days from delivery, provided they are used in accordance to their designed end use application and all reasonable operating practises are followed.

If goods are sold to a third party any warranty pertaining to those goods is voided. 

As Vanaheim Technologies Ltd has no control over the end use application of any of the goods and or services, buyers and users therefore must make their own assessment that the conditions and end use application of the goods and or services offered meets their requirements.

NO RESPONSIBILTY IS ACCEPTED, EXCEPT THOSE NON EXCLUDEABLE CONDITIONS OF NEW ZEALAND LAW.

Vanaheim Technologies Ltd responsibility is limited, at its discretion, to the replacement of any goods and or service. Alternatively to refund the original purchase cost when the goods are returned for credit.
